In case of chest congestion the symptoms are:
Wet coughs this is because Bronchial infection and inflammation causes a wet cough that involves yellow or white colored phlegm. It is one of the main symptoms of chest congestion.
Fever this is because Bronchial infection is usually associated with high body temperatures. Fever gives rise to chills and aches in the body of sufferers. It is also accompanied by cold feeling in chest.
Respiratory Difficulties most of the affected people often suffer from shortness of breathe due to chest cold.

Fluid and water retention- Less blood to the kidneys causes fluid and water retention, resulting in swollen ankles, legs, abdomen and weight gain also this may cause frequent urination.
Dizziness, fatigue, and weakness- Less blood to your major organs and muscles makes you feel tired and weak and also less blood to the brain can cause dizziness or confusion.
Rapid or irregular heartbeats –These hearts beats faster to pump enough blood to the body hence a fast or irregular heartbeat.
